The "Antonio Badoni di Lecco", better known by the acronym ABL, was one of the main Italian companies specialized in the construction of shunting locomotives in the railway sector. The historic brand in 1997 was taken over by other industrial entrepreneurs who gave birth to the new Badoni s.r.l. (details here).
